Presidents Award

The percentage of the Region membership that drove to Parade factored for the average distance driven. The formula is this: The percentage of Region Primary entrants driving, multiplied by the average miles driven by those Region members. Divide this number by the total number of Primary entrants from that Region (that drove) and multiply by 100.

Long Distance Award

The Registered Porsche must be driven to Parade; no trailered or shipped Porsches will be allowed to compete for the award. The car must be driven the entire distance by a Parade attendee (entrant, co-entrant or guest); multiple drivers are allowed to switch off, take turns. The car must be a registered car in the Parade. For example, if an autocross or Concours car is towed with a Cayenne, the Cayenne must also be a registered vehicle for it to qualify for these contests. All distances are measure by Google maps, using the most direct route that Google maps provides by default, with no route options selected. Distances are measured from zip code to zip code using whatever geographic point Google maps assigns to a zip code. Full addresses will only be used for a tie-breaker.
